I have been so blessed ! The worker that was sent back out to my home this day of July 15 ,2025 was very kind and respectful ! He came in and change my hot water heater , and explained to me each and everything he had to do to make things safe for me again. Iam so thankful that this company have professional workers whom love there work and love helping others. I am grateful to have the work done by drains and plumbing 24. They went the extra mile in showing me what was done. Provided me with a year warranty and even showed up early! And that's pretty unusual. I'm grateful for having my morning freed up and I would call them again if I need help with something else.
Great customer service and they were quick to come help out with the issue we were having. Our service technician was Jose and he was of great help and would 100% recommend.
