We had a rat infestation that was thought to be cause by a broken drain. Chris from Drainmaster out and confirmed we had tried other options and needed a drain survey. He kept us advised as he checked all the possible drains and showed us the broken drain on his equipment. He fitted a "rat gate" in the drain, which allowed rat and sewerage out but not back in. At all times he was polite and professional. Since his vist we have not heard or seen any rats. We 100% recommend Drainmaster.
I was really nervous about calling out a tradesman, as you always hear stories about people getting overcharged or misled—but Drainmaster completely put my mind at ease. From the start, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They quickly identified the problem with our drains, explained everything clearly, and sorted it all out without any fuss. No upselling, no nonsense—just honest, reliable service. I’m really grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.
Fantastic prompt service from this local family business. Yesterday found the bathroom drains blocked with foul-smelling gunk. Called Drainmaster this morning and spoke to Chris, who came this afternoon and cleared the blockage. Good reasonable price too. Many thanks to you guys. Highly recommended !!!
Had to call Chris, Andy and the lads out for numerous jobs in Scunthorpe over the last 4 years. The camera surveying of commercial and residential properties is always interesting, diagnosing the problem quickly and being able to watch it all on a recorded video is remarkable. They all have a refreshing problem solving attitude and never have a problem getting their hands dirty. I would 100% recommend drainmaster to anyone in the surrounding areas
