Called on the Wednesday regarding a blocked drain and by 12pm the following day they had been to our dealership in Brigg with the blockage cleared. Great service and can highly recommend.
We had a rat infestation that was thought to be cause by a broken drain. Chris from Drainmaster out and confirmed we had tried other options and needed a drain survey. He kept us advised as he checked all the possible drains and showed us the broken drain on his equipment. He fitted a "rat gate" in the drain, which allowed rat and sewerage out but not back in. At all times he was polite and professional. Since his vist we have not heard or seen any rats. We 100% recommend Drainmaster.
