Professionalism was lacked when i called drain master for a quote. The girl that answered the phone was extremely rude. I was taken back by the call or else i would’ve confirmed her first and last name. First name was Stella maybe. I heard great things about drain master but unfortunately i will never use this company

I wish I could give a better review. We called on a Saturday afternoon with a clogged drain problem and were told that they had several jobs to do and it would be late when they got here. We agreed they would come first thing Sunday morning (9 -10). On Sunday we waited till 11 and then called to see when they would be coming. We only got voice mail so left a message. We never heard from them. At 4 we called again and were told we were never scheduled. They sent someone an hour later. They charged us $310 to snake the clog wh... read more

I had a clogged kitchen double sink and a downstairs clogged bathroom sink. They share the same stack in the basement. I appreciated the same day service but was left with an unclogged kitchen sink (which still overflows to the other side when using the garbage disposal, and a blocked bathroom sink. I was told by the technician that a plumber was needed because of "special tools" required and I would get a call from the office on the next business day. I had received a very costly estimate from a big name company re: a clogged sewage line. It seemed deceptive to me so I called Drain Masters after not getting a product from the first company. Drain Masters tech Dillon had the line unclogged within a half hour and camera'd the line all the way to the city line. No caved in clay pipe that the other company insisted was the problem. All for less than half of what the other company charged me! I will use Drain Masters going forward!

After some thought about whether or not to leave a review of my experience, I felt that it was necessary in order to express my displeasure with the way the tech who performed the work at our home treated the job and us throughout this ordeal. First off, I would like to say that dealing with Charlie was always a good experience and he represents the business well.
