Alan came out within 30 minutes and had the blocked drain sorted out too within 10 minutes. ! Brilliant thanks
Can’t recommend Alan highly enough. Quick and effective response. Not only did he clear the blocked drain, he also solved the not straightforward issue I’ve had for years with a slow drainage issue in the upstairs washbasin. So refreshing to find decent and very fair priced service.
Alan called bang on the time agreed in a modern unmarked van but full of kit including independent water and power supply. Unpleasant job done with speed, polite service, a very fair price and future advice. The 'go to'.
Alan came to me within a couple of hours, sorted the problem very quickly, explained the steps of what he was doing along the way. He also checked over and sorted a couple of loose bits on the kitchen sink, all for a very reasonable price and from a thoroughly nice chap! Definitely recommend!
Superb service from Alan! I called him to fix our blocked drain around 6 weeks ago which he did, however another problem developed today so I called him this afternoon. He arrived at the house within 15 minutes, re jetted the drain and explained what could have caused the problem to return. He said that todays work would be free of charge but to keep an eye on things in case it happens again and if so he would look to investigate further to find a solution. I can thoroughly recommend Alan & Drain Local!
