Draincure gave an absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. I had a fast and friendly reply to my email enquiry, they booked an appointment to fit around my working hours and Jamie arrived exactly when he said he would. He carried out a full survey of all the drains, showing me the camera footage and explaining everything very clearly as he went along. Well I just want a price for a cctv inspection. One of the owners i belive so said they gonna call me back as he couldn't talk. It never happened not saying they not answering on WhatsApp enquiries. Not a best customer service.

Really efficient, arrived a hour and a half after initial call, really friendly guy, Ken on the phone. Guy arrived and got straight to it. Resolved the issue promptly and left us happy with flushable toilets again! Very pleased, will recommend and use again. Also very reasonably priced.
Great service from James at Draincure. Blocked kitchen sink was cleared promptly by James with a vacuum machine, and everything left clean and tidy. Thank you Ken and James- very pleased we found such a good local firm.
