I was referred to Drainco Inc from Python Plumbing. Eric was my technician. He was very kind with my pet and friendly with my son. He called prior to arriving and gave sufficient notice before his arrival. He was very knowledgeable of our situation and was able to successfully help. These guys are great! Eric is very knowledgeable and gets the job done quickly and efficiently! We’ve used them for several years now and couldn’t be happier! 5 stars all the way!
I called after hours and got a call back within 5 minutes. The lady was so kind and was able to help us solve our issue ourselves saving us lots of money. They came out once in the past to snake our line through our roof since our main stack is inaccessible from inside our house. They have been so honest and helpful in all of our interactions with them! Their pricing is also very reasonable.
