Very responsible with their program service on time and do complete work and service a new equipment too
I met Dimitri when he came by to fix our interceptor problem, he seemed very friendly and also professional, he gave me a reasonable price for the service and did a great work, I definitely recommend Drain City to everyone.
Called them to schedule a cleaning (used them before) and never showed up. Called to follow up why and was told will have someone next day. Never showed up. Called back and went to voicemails/never answered. Not sure what happened but will use other companies going forward
Poor work & impolite.
Second time around using this company over the last 11 years. This time it was Dimitri and his team that installed a backwater valve in the basement floor. Competent tradespeople who do things properly. The City building inspector was impressed with their installation too. Already recommended them to neighbours.
