I am impelled to give this company a 1 star. We just opened a cafe on Richmond street paid $13000+ for plumbing, since we opened I am regretting each day for choosing this company y and wasting my money. Stay away or stand infront of the plumber to get the work done.. I will never give them any business or would recommend them. Not sure good for a commercial plumbing.
When we suddenly had water coming out of our ceiling we called a few plumbers. The first was extremely rude and dismissive. The second wanted to charge after hours rates at ~3:00 in the afternoon. Last was the DrainCam Plumbing team. They were extremely friendly and helpful to my wife who was understandably fairly upset by this point. The guy they sent out was also super friendly and helpful. Amazing service, so glad I called. Fast efficient and professional great customer service, they said someone would be here between 10-12pm.... Dale was here cleaned up and gone and its now 12:15 Highly recommended!
Pressure fit t-joint began to leak. Called them up and they arrived within 2 hours. Cost was several hundred, nearly a thousand. Felt it was too much in my eyes so I just asked them to locate the water shut off for me as it is a new house and I couldn't find it. This still cost me $250. Ended up doing the repair my self for about $12 in parts and less than 30 min of time. But they were quick to arrive and ready to work.
