Purchased an electric eel hydro jetter, took longer to receive than usual but that’s ok, finally received the unit and it has a few issues DCD told me to deal directly with Electric Eel. That was upsetting they didn’t even ask what the issue was at least, now Electric Eel is telling me I’m at fault for the issue of a cable. This is up setting, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing an electric eel jetter if this is how both DCD represents their product and how electric eel handles situations. Ordered a hose from this company and haven’t heard anything no emails confirming or denying. But did take my money. If you are in the drain cleaning business STAY AWAY, this place has already cost me time and money.
