Chris and Steven arrived on time (I'm near Tillman's Corner), and fully repaired the leaky toilet-- even added a 2nd wax ring because Chris said the flange had been installed in the floor a little low (about 1/8 of an inch), and that only 1wax ring would risk it leaking again. I greatly appreciate that level of attention to detail! Down to earth gentleman, friendly and professional. The tech that came out was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He got the repair job in no time. The only reason I give 3 stars is it was very expensive. My husband already dug the hole to the leak so the tech only had to dig a little more but $565.00 for about 30 minutes of repair job, the other 20 minutes was just waiting on the glue to dry.
