Drainage Masters just completed a fairly extensive job at my new property, and although we haven't had any rain yet I'm confident the job has been done right. I hired them because they came out two years ago and saved me from a flooded basement on a different project, during a heavy downpour. Raubdel came to our home to do an estimate. We found him to be a great communicator and someone who deeply understands drainage work. Every communication we had with the office was crisp, friendly and professional. The estimate was very competitive relative to other bids we received. The project they did for us (in early May 2024) was 2 French drains and replacing a retaining wall (one of the drains they installed underneath the new wall). We’ve used Drainage Masters a couple times in the past and have been very happy. Our most recent experience with them solved a decade-old problem with water incursion! Seth had some great ideas and the impervious liner he recommended made a huge difference in our lives. We had NO WATER enter our south side basement this past winter. Crew and office are also great and easy to work with. Definitely give them a call.
They have done a lot of work for me. New sump pump, inside the foundation french drain, now doing new drain from house to street as tree roots have taken over old drain. Very responsive.
