Great company
I had used Drain Works for about 8 years with previous owner. They were great. I reached out to the new owner and he said he would contact me after the weekend, that was 2 weeks ago. Reached out 4 more times and no response. Even said if they were not available to just let me know. NOTHING! Very disappointed.
Had an issue with a sewer back up, called and they were out within 20 minutes to help. Thank you for your quick service. I appreciate this more than you know!
Micah came out and cleaned a tub drain and reattached a sink that had been pulled from a wall during some construction. Not only did the work go quickly and well…but he’s seriously just the nicest guy. My dog would agree :)
