If I were to sum up Sasha and his team: they are fast, professional and hard working. When I first got in contact with Sasha, he quickly booked an appointment to come and see the problem. He was at my house first thing, bright and early in the morning. He quickly identified what the problem was and provided a quote that was much more cost effective than another plumber. Prompt and efficient service!
I didn’t even speak one word and he said I’m busy and called me back and spoke random words and cut the call in my face, I don’t understand how this is someone who runs a business and cuts the call before even a word said
We hired Sasha to upgrade our water service from the property line to the house. He and his coworker showed up first thing in the morning and got straight to work. By mid afternoon they were finished. It was evident that they knew what they were doing and carried out their work in a professional and efficient manner.
