Update, our water supply line is also leaking the water the same day he left, called again and request for refund. They initially agreed but then regret and accused us lying. This is probably the worst service I have ever got. We had a clogging on kitchen sink, they used the acid to push through which is good but the guy forgot to tighten up the pipe and the acid just burst out the entire cabinet. It’s half destroyed.
