I was sent here by another pro who thought these guys were the answer to my flat-rate prayers. I called in, and since my tenant hadn’t given me much info yet, I told the guy on the phone I completely understood why he couldn't give me a blind estimate. I was being totally reasonable (and dare I say, polite and civil). But the second I tried to clarify if they even do flat rates, he went into 'broken record' mode.
