I was sent here by another pro who thought these guys were the answer to my flat-rate prayers. I called in, and since my tenant hadn’t given me much info yet, I told the guy on the phone I completely understood why he couldn't give me a blind estimate. I was being totally reasonable (and dare I say, polite and civil). But the second I tried to clarify if they even do flat rates, he went into 'broken record' mode. Had Drain Titan come to my business to fix some problems we were having. They were very prompt and got the job done.! I will definitely call them again if I have any other issues. Very reasonable prices also. We were quoted much higher prices from another local company! Thank you Drain Titan!

He was very professional. He got the job done in timely manor. He and his assistant were very clean and well organized. He had to dig out my shower bathroom floor because of a broken pipe. I am very happy with his service.

Very happy with their work, very informative, and knowledgeable. I have to say I have experience with a few other plumbing companies that I was not happy with their work and the fact that it was not done right, recalling them numerous times to fix what they didn't fix right to begin with. Drain Titan will be the company I deal with from now on. I highly recommend this company.
