My experience is with Drain Terrier in Wheatridge, CO on July 12th, 2025. Benjamin, the plumber did not connect a push to connect fitting appropriately and caused water damage to our home. He admitted his mistake and apologized repeatedly to us before leaving. We paid in full prior to the work being completed. Savanna Steward the owner of Drain Terrier then declined to pay for the damage after getting two mitigation quotes and took back her responsibility leaving us with thousands dollars worth of damage claiming there was w... read more

I just had Drain Terrier replace my entire main line (65 feet) with two external washouts installed, and they were fantastic. Savannah (the owner) was absolutely wonderful—super honest, super knowledgeable, and the whole crew was just as great. Her dad Tracy and her brothers were all so professional and nice. Drain Terrier was amazingly quick to respond. We discovered a leak under the sink and within two hours, Benjamin was there, diagnosed a rusted out disposal and took care of it. He knew his business! I recommend them.
