Benjamin did high-quality work in replacing our bathroom faucet, which was in cramped quarters. We first met to troubleshoot a couple issues we were having, and we agreed the best course of action was to replace the faucet. We picked it out ourselves, then Benjamin came back to install in a different day, and applied the service call fee towards the labor, which was a nice courtesy. Thankfully there's still an honest quality reputable plumbing company available to consumers. Drain Terrier, specifically Nick, did an outstanding job today. Same day quote and repair the next day. Serious pipe repair in my crawl space received an A+ .Prompt courteous and knowledgeable. Will definitely use Drain Terrier, especially Nick again.

Having to modify my 5 star review after learning from another plumber that the short run of flat drain pipe identified as problematic during my $125 service call was actually a vent pipe and had nothing to do with the underlying issue. Fortunately I did not allow Drain Terrier to attempt this unnecessary, costly repair but am still out the service charge which the other company did not charge while, more importantly, being able to identify the problem the first time.
