Ervan was so good to us. He was so nice and polite and gracious even though we felt bad the house was a mess.. and then he went above and beyond the drain cleaning to put our pipe connections back together.. I was also given prompt responses even after hours from their representative.. very impressed and happy with them.

Failed at clearing a kitchen sink drain myself with a little hand turned snake. Nothing but pain and heartache and a mess. Called Drain Tech, came next day with the right equipment, cleared it quickly, left no mess. Very fair price. Next time I'm calling them first.
