Called this company to fix a plumbing issue of water draining outside my bathroom. They check my front yard are started sticking netal poles in the ground by my metal pipes. Then they say I had a busted metal pipe in my front yard. Ive never had a problem with it until they came out. I think they broke my pipe when sticking the metals poles in the ground! They never did fix the problem. I called them a week in a half later and told them we were still having the problem but they wont come and fix it until we make a payment. E... read more
I was pleasantly surprised to have the owner come to my house the same day I called(Good Friday). From the dispatcher to the owner Rick, all involved were courteous and prompt. My questions were answered. The answers were courteous and U rushed. I'd like to say that everything was completed and repaired today, but impossible with the slap leak I have. This company has earned my respect and will be recommended to others and called upon again in the future.
