Called to say they would turn up last night to fix the drain issue. They did not turn up and no communication as to why they weren't coming. I stayed up till midnight. Highly doubt not recommended this company
Cannot recommend Drain Services highly enough. From the moment i contacted them to completion. Drains and CCTV survey were done without mess or fuss and in a timely manner and i was kept informed of each process. Follow up was actioned by Marc and he was so helpful and informative too. On the whole a smooth professional process. Thank you Drain Services. Update.... Now given one star, would give none if able, as further communication with drain services for septic tank emptying has been abysmal. Excuses after excuse, booked ... read more
