Don't waste your time with this company. They're not serious about business. You call and schedule an appointment. You wait all day for someone to show up. No one shows up and no one calls. You called back to follow up and even send a text message. No one calls and no one shows up. Take your business elsewhere. These people are not interested in doing business.
When I originally bought my Higland home it included partial gutters at the front of the house. After move-in, I asked Drain Rite to fully install gutters around the rest of the house and they did a fantastic job, including matching the gray color, plus included the additional gutters in the existing warranty. Seven years later and a lot of yard maintenance/line trimmers destroying the bottom elbows and Drain Rite returned to replace them. Overdue, had Drain Rite add gutters to what our builder installed. Quick and reasonable pricing. They also were quick to resolve and issue on the builder part and the tech even closed one of our holiday lights plug that a storm loosed. Definitely recommend.
He couldn’t give me an exact time of when the job would be started and they came hours after the expected time. The job took roughly an hour and they left behind dirt on my sidewalks, trash on the grass and misplaced the tiles next to my flower bed. For the high price of these gutters, y’all could at least clean up after yourselves and give a clearer time frame of when the job will be done. Very unprofessional and disorganized. Would not recommend to anyone.
