I have never had the misfortune of having to give any business a rating this low, and have not done so lightly. I had old gutters removed, largely due to leaks. I ended up with more leaks than with the old gutters. Leaf guards were added, but they were done sloppily. There were a fair number of screws snapped off. I've had to remove many of the leaf guards. Told me he is planning on moving back south and all the customers can deal with it not very professional in my opinion
Returned calls same day! Showed up and professional. Wasn't able to help me but gave me name and contacted another contractor that could help. Professional, polite, and would call again without question. Highly recommend!
