We had a burst pipe on a Sunday afternoon, after shutting off the main water valve , we called random plumbers in google that shows 7/24hrs service. Drain Rex wasnt the first one we called, but they were the first one responded. Their system is so efficient from the service call , diagnosis and dispatching a team, fixing the problem etc. Mohammed came with his assistant/ coworker , and they fixed the main problem and other small issues we had around the house. Bravo Dren Rex, vous êtes vraiment des professionnels. Excellent service, rendez-vous pris très facilement, travail très bien fait, nettoyage après le travail, les gars étaient professionnels et m'ont expliqué toutes étapes de travail je recommande fortement la compagnie merci à Mohamed et son apprenti

Great customer service! I was able to get same-day service within two hours and the plumber was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, something minor did go wrong that I didn’t realize until after but I raised the issue to the company and they ensured to make it right by providing support and a portion of the cost waived. Would definitely book with this company again.
