Had my drain clean. Ran my water they used my electric help them unclog my drain when they charge me 75ft cable but only said they open it 30ft an left the trash on my floor basement. The worst part this company about monopoly almost every one in my county. I’m buying my own snake an doin it myself. forget it a save money do it yourself they make u clean up after them.

The week after Thanksgiving we had a plumber from here show up to fix a backed up bathtub drain. He used a snake and could not get the clog. In the process, he broke our stopper for taking baths, claimed it was old and he could not be held liable. The total was $175 to not fix a drain and break something in the process. We needed our septic tank pumped as well, so he referred us to Triple Crown Septic. Triple Crown Septic's worker came out and even fixed the damage caused by Drain Pro.
