BE AWARE!!!!, they are not the actual Drain Pro Inc or any part of it. When my husband made the appointment they answered "Drain pro and pumping" my husband asked if they were part of Drain pro Inc they lied and said they were based on us asking because of the and plumbing part. They were over an hour late no phone call, I kept calling them. The gal couldn't reach dispatch to find out where the driver was, then said she'd call me back. Quality work, but shady and misleading pricing. Don’t be fooled by any “special” advertising, the final bill is actually priced similarly to the local competitors. I called around to several local septic companies to get pricing for a tank pumping. Each quoted around $700. Drain Pro office claimed to be running a $499 “special” for new customers. A++ service and communication! As a realtor, I work with many septic companies- but this was my first opportunity to work with Drain Pro- and they did not disappoint.
