Chris and his sons deserve a five star revue. Relining was my best option for sewer pipe replacement and Chris was recommended by some respected local plumbers. He communicated the schedule and kept us updated when some materials were delayed. They worked long hours to meet our schedule and provided video verification of the new lines integrity. I'm a plumber that was called out to a clients home. They had a complete bottom out of their drain pipes that ran through their slab home. In order to fix it we would have to either tear out her floors and bust the concrete, or reroute their drain. I called Chris with Drain Pro and asked him to come out and see if he could go reline the pipes. He got out there and did an inspection. Had Chris and his crew line our old clay pipe sewer line that had failed. He was recommended by our regular plumber as an open trench repair would have resulted in major landscape disruption and subsequent repair $$. Our plumber stated he would only recommend Drain Pro for the job. They were very professional and respectful with both people and property. Excellent customer service. Came to our house and video inspected our drain and determined we needed assistance from another contractor. Called that contractor on our behalf and even followed up to be sure our problem was resolved. Highly recommend Chris and company.
