We placed a work order with our home warranty for a continuously clogged-beyond-reasonable-plunging toilet. The plumber came out and diagnosed it as needing to be replaced. The home warranty approved the replacement and then several weeks went by without a word from Drain Pro. I was assigned Drain Pro by my warranty company in April. They made an appointment and didn't show. They then called and made a new appointment. The plumber was friendly and helpful. I had a clog and he suggested it was a flange and sediment and installed a new toilet. He said he stood by his work and if it didn't fix the issue, I was to call them directly.
