Called DrainPro at 7am with concerns of a backed up sewer drain - 75 yr/old house! Appreciated talking to a real person who kindly arranged appointment same day - only a few hours later! Technician worked > 2 hours to clear the drain! (required root-cutting snake!). He even took time to explain that the machinery used may be quite loud (as my elderly mom was still sleeping!) Today 3/4/26 at 2:23pm, on River Road near Tacoma heading south toward Puyallup, this truck driver for Drain-Pro Puyallup (license plate # C22291R) cut me off. The driver was initially in front of me in the left lane, then merged into the right lane after a school bus forced both lanes to stop.
