Looking for maintenance for my 20 year old Septic System, I walked into the main Puyallup Office. I was greeted by a knowledgeable and friendly person. Sierra gave a breakdown of costs and next steps. Josh contacted me next to discuss the plans and recommended improvements. We agreed on a go ahead plan and cost. I had an emergency plumbing issue in my unit, and the response was excellent. The technician, Tucker, was prompt, professional, and highly efficient. He quickly resolved the problem and even took the time to clean my toilet and bathtub before leaving, which I greatly appreciated. Tucker was very knowledgeable and clearly explained the cause of the plumbing backup that led to the toilet issue. This company is an example of “old-fashioned integrity”! The kind that does the right thing because it IS the right thing! Their driver, while attempting to get to a service address, backed over one of my worn driveway light columns. He came to the door, explained what happened, then called his supervisor, who came to assess the damage. They replaced the worn, damaged light column AND it's mate, to better than original condition within 24 hours!!! I mean they built TWO NEW LIGHT COLUMNS THAT EXACTLY MATCH MY HOUSE for free. ... read more
