Called DrainPro at 7am with concerns of a backed up sewer drain - 75 yr/old house! Appreciated talking to a real person who kindly arranged appointment same day - only a few hours later! Technician worked > 2 hours to clear the drain! (required root-cutting snake!). He even took time to explain that the machinery used may be quite loud (as my elderly mom was still sleeping!) Very thorough, professional and willing to answer all my questions! Will definitely recommend DrainPro!! Thank you Missy and Chris!

Today 3/4/26 at 2:23pm, on River Road near Tacoma heading south toward Puyallup, this truck driver for Drain-Pro Puyallup (license plate # C22291R) cut me off. The driver was initially in front of me in the left lane, then merged into the right lane after a school bus forced both lanes to stop. Once traffic continued moving, I accelerated with the rest of traffic.
