Drain Pros truck hauling equipment caked in gravel broke my windshield. When the driver and his manager determined that I did not have dash cam he simply drove away. Chipped glass happens, however when I tried getting in touch with safety manager at Drain Pros my calls were not returned. This is not about one chipped windshield, this is about unsafe practices.
Great service before the appointment; guys showed up on time, very courteous and respectful. Fortunately all was well in our system, but they completed a thorough inspection.
What a professional group! In a difficult situation, the Drain-Pro staff were friendly and efficient, and did their job quickly and thoroughly. I absolutely appreciated their expertise! Hire them!
I just wanna say it’s never fun to have to hire somebody to do this service. But from the phone call to the company to the people that showed up here. Everybody was super polite and very upfront with the cost and they also did an incredible job and exactly what they said they would do. And the two gentlemen that showed up to do the job were also very polite and did a great job.
