We needed a water line to be installed for a new refrigerator that we purchased. Customer service was very prompt to respond. We were given a window and text messages to update us on ETA. Our technician, Roman, was on time, courteous and efficient. My mom even asked for a leaky pipe to be looked at and he was able to fix that afterwards - he went above our needs and we were happy with the costs as well. We will be happy to use them in the future when needed. Thank you Drain & Plumbing Services.
They were prompt and reasonable. I was happy with their response and communication. A less scrupulous company could have hit me with a major repair, they were able to get a part and make the repair. I found them and will keep their number and will refer them!!! Thank you.
