Used DPS to rod/snake a single clogged kitchen drain to remove a blockage. The plumber was professional, worked clean by putting down drop cloths, and worked quickly. However I feel I was overcharged for the work performed. The cost was $320 for the single drain! From doorbell ring to driving away, the plumber was here 30 minutes... With 10 minutes of that being him filling out the paperwork and collecting payment. I like the work they did, but I don't feel the price was competitive or fair.

Everything you want from a plumber - friendly office staff who made it easy to schedule appointment and answered all of my questions, free estimate, texted when on the way with ETA, arrived in agreed time window, knowledgeable plumber, quick assessment of problem, described options and costs, the completed the work right away even though it was late Friday afternoon. We’ve used this company twice now and I wish I used them earlier. Very fair pricing and the Technician was very nice both times . They finished their job in a timely manner. Kept the work space clean as well .
