Had a appointment at noon For a clogged drain.. I called at 1:30 and at 4:30 .. Dispatcher said she didn't know when she could get a technician to me and tried to reschedule for the following day after I waited over 4 hours. I finally got a call back at 530 saying they would call me in 1 HR..at that time I was very upset and called another plumber.. THIS WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
