Love Drain O Rooter techs. Clean, friendly and fast!
I was very disappointed with the service AND price while working with this company. After our first interaction of being overcharged and dealing with a very uncommunicative technician, who wasn't able to answer our questions, we would have never worked with them again. They did, however, credit us the money we were overcharged (almost $100) which we appreciated, but did kind of force us to hire them again to actually "get" that money back. Without a doubt, the best in Denver – Drain o Rooter is the best in Denver. I speak from experience. I had work done 3 years ago by another company, found out they did not fix the original problem (and they made of mess of things at the same time). Had to have Drain o Rooter come in and fix it. They were prompt, professional, neat, on budget and work was completed on time. Most importantly the problem was fixed. From now on Drain o Rooter is who I call for my underground sewer issues, period.
