Aidan was both timely and very responsive/patient to my questions. Also very competent, pleasant, and fixed my issue promptly. The company responded promptly to my phone message and scheduled an appt for the very next day. Was very impressed with the entire experience and would highly recommend them.

Aidan at Drain-O-Matic did a great job for us from start to finish. He talked with the supplier to make sure the 2 toilets we wanted would fit in the bathrooms with the existing water supply. He checked in several times proactively to let us know the status of the toilet delivery. He arrived for the installation on time, was super friendly and efficient, cleaned everything up, and the toilets work great. He also snaked the bathtub drain, removed lots of hair, and got everything flowing again. Highly recommend!
