Drain Medic was over charge for the service. Drain Medic charged $325.00 stated on the receipt invoice with 30 days warranty. However, U have the same problem 2 days after Drain Medic provided service. I called Drain Medic back they returned telling me that I had a more serious problem and would cost $6800.00 or more to fix. The technician would send me the his estimate the next day. Had a water ****/leak between the meter and the house around midnight, Called SWLA Insurance that we purchased through an ad on our Utility Billing website. ************** came out the same day. Very friendly and informative, assessed the situation and called his office to run a bypass so we would be with water until the repairs could be scheduled and performed. I routinely deal with subcontractors from all trades and have never disputed a **** or filed a complaint. I had an active leak on a job site and called this company for an emergency response. The technician was more than 2 hours late, did not have basic plumbing equipment or tools and effectively provided no service. the company informed me that they would return the next day with the proper equipment and did not.
