Richard is great, he's enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He diagnosed a minor issue with our sewage ejector pump and was helpful in answering questions about our homes plumbing. I'm looking forward to using his services again when we need assistance.

We are so glad that we found Richard to fix our plumbing issues after failed attempts with 2 other plumbers. Richard helped to remedy many of the incorrect piping work, installed appropriate measures for the sump pump, added French drain to properly drain water from the basement. I am a landlord and I had a sewer backup problem in my rental property. Richard did a great job at a reasonable price. His goal in life is to be there to help people. He was so professional and patient dealing with my tenants. Another plumber would have probably walked away and quit but Richard cared too much about us and our house. He even came out on a Sunday because my tenants had a concern and he wanted to make sure everything was okay.
