Well after a snafoo on my scheduled appointment for Friday 7am-9am due to their emergency, the septic technician had to come on Saturday morning. Joey, The tech came early and proceeded to pump out septic tank. He apologized for the delay. He was so friendly, Courteous and explained the procedure. I felt very confident and comfortable. Garrett came out and was awesome. The problem with my system was a little bit of a grind, but he’s hung in there. It was Friday afternoon right on a memorial day weekend. He didn’t falter, he hung in there and he fixed the problem. I highly recommend Drain Mechanics,
