We had an issue with one of our toilets so we decided to call Drain Mechanics. We had used them before to have our septic tank pumped out shortly after buying our home and were pleased with the service we received from Robert and Eddie. This time was no different. Great work today! Alan & Antwan we were called out today, based on information from a professional at another company, who suggested that the gray water tank was full. They arrived and were polite and professional. They reviewed the tanks and found them to not be in need of pumping. Instead, after investigation, they indicated that there was a clog inside of the line. They then proceeded to work to remove the clog which was successful. We originally thought we needed a septic pump, but they checked and it was fine- offered to have their plumber come for the same fee so we accepted- same day arrival. They found an issue the previous owners made with improper install of the toilet and helped us get everything right this time around. They were kind, efficient, and could schedule next day for both times. The employees each day were all very professional and very nice. I will use this company for all of our needs.

Alan from Drain Mechanics came out to pump my septic system, but after checking it, he found all I needed was a filter cleaning. I really appreciate his honesty and integrity—he saved me from paying for something I didn’t need. Brooke, the office manager, was also great—she returned my call quickly, was very knowledgeable and helpful, and fit me into the schedule. Thank you to her as well, but most importantly, my thanks go to Alan for his honesty and excellent work!
