My experience with this company was excellent from the initial phone call to the completion of service. My septic tank was in dire need of pumping, I called Drain Mechanics and scheduled service for the next day which was great. A very nice customer service tech called me back the same day and asked if I would like to have my septic tank pumped that day... Same day service was amazing. The technicians who showed up to perform the actual service were polite and efficient. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience.... read more
