I stopped by the Drain Mechanic office yesterday to ask if they could help me with the configuration of my septic tank so I could schedule a pump out. Sherri was very helpful in locating the plans from the Health Department. Not only did she provide a quote, but she was also able to schedule the clean-out for this morning before noon. Robert arrived first thing today, quickly located the tank lid, pulled and cleaned the filter, and pumped the tank.
