There was good communication throughout the whole experience including a text message with the plumber’s name when he was on his way. I was given a two hour window in which to expect him and he showed up as expected. The plumber was knowledgeable and efficient and explained the problem and the solution so I could understand it. This is the second time I have used them and will call again in the future.

This company is excellent. I highly recommend their services. We got an estimate from PlumbRite for the repair needed and decided to get another estimate. Jeff with Drain M.D came out, examined the problem and came up with a way to repair the problem without doing damage to our kitchen countertop and cabinets(PlumbRite’s estimate included tearing out cabinets and countertops). Drain M.D’s estimate saved us several thousands of dollars! R.J. replaced the pipes by going through the wall behind the cabinets. He is so personable... read more
