Excellent customer service! I called them in a panic because my house was flooding from a clogged pipe and they were patient, kind and came out so quickly. 10/10 recommend!

I was referred to Drain Masters by Steve from At Your Service Plumbing, who is also an excellent plumber, but he was unable to get to me today. Drain Masters' office personnel were very polite and arranged an appointment for the afternoon. Kyle arrived early and was extremely pleasant and professional.
