I had a great experience with Charlie and John from Drain Masters. They came out the same day to take care of a stubborn clog and install a new toilet. From start to finish, they were incredibly courteous, quick, efficient, and professional. It’s not always easy to find service like that these days, and I really appreciated their responsiveness and expertise. Highly recommend Drain Masters, especially Charlie and John for any plumbing needs!
Great company, very transparent, and the tech that came to my Home named Jon was the man that got the job done and very professional. Whom I was talking to in the office Michelle was also great at keeping me informed with everything and very prompt to get back to me. I will continue to do work with them if and when needed, but here is my referral for everyone.
Had a great experience with Drew and Charlie! They were fast, efficient, and polite. They unclogged the drain quickly and with no mess and even fixed my sink’s water pressure while they were at it. Excellent service! I will definitely recommend them.
1 day into living in our remodeled home and our sewer line back up started with water bubbling out of the tub and sink. Of course it is almost 4 pm on Friday. I called my regular plumber and got their answering machine (fail!). Quick Google search pointed me to Drain Masters. Called and Michelle assured me they could be there today! Drew and Charlie arrived around 5:30 pm and in less than 45 minutes cleared the line. Well done Drain Masters!
