I’m beyond happy! As a homeowner living in Spain, handling a tenant's drain issue from afar can be stressful, but Michelle, the receptionist, was an absolute godsend. She was true to her word and had someone at the property within the hour on a Friday. The drain was cleared quickly, and the service was outstanding, and super affordable. Wow!
5 stars!!! We were quoted two to three times as much! Drainmasters came out same day. The technician Drew was excellent, polite, and a pro! If you have a clog, Drainmasters is the way to go! Keep up the great work!
I had a great experience with Charlie and John from Drain Masters. They came out the same day to take care of a stubborn clog and install a new toilet. From start to finish, they were incredibly courteous, quick, efficient, and professional. It’s not always easy to find service like that these days, and I really appreciated their responsiveness and expertise. Great company, very transparent, and the tech that came to my Home named Jon was the man that got the job done and very professional. Whom I was talking to in the office Michelle was also great at keeping me informed with everything and very prompt to get back to me.
