called to ask about some supplies I needed and after I though I was disconnected with the lady at the front desk I called back and she immediately said no we were not disconnected and you can not talk to anyone. she was very rude. this was upsetting to hear after a friend recommended drain masters specifically. very disappointed with the quality of service even just over the phone.

Drain Masters took advantage of my elderly mother-in-law, and I want everyone to know exactly what kind of operation they're running. She clearly told them beforehand the exact size and type of part needed for her tub drain. Instead of coming prepared, they showed up just to "measure, then drove 45 minutes to another city to pick up the same part she already described — all without giving her any upfront pricing for mileage, labor, or time. Excellent service all around. Called Monday morning and Cody was at my house by noon. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and got the work done quickly. It was affordable as well. They even called the next day to follow up. Will definitely recommend and use again for plumbing needs.
