for Drain Masters and special shout out to Ian D. For any drain issues - call Drain Masters. They have a very special equipment to really clear out the drains (downspouts) which we need for the ones on the side of our house. They also thought we might be able to do it with a hose and a less expensive piece of equipment. How refreshing for a company not to upsell but to offer real solutions. Great guys, quick to schedule appointments, arrived on time, excellent service and communication. Pricing was also reasonable.
I’ve owned and rented multiple homes and never needed a plumbing service to clean a clogged drain… until a couple of days ago. Boy am I glad I called Drain Masters of Santa Barbara. They were thorough, knowledgeable, and well-equipped to make an accurate assessment of the problem and take care of the issue on the same visit. Their 5-star reviews are well-deserved! I honestly can’t think of a reason why you would want to call anyone else. Hands down the best choice!
I scheduled two appointments with this company and they no showed to both. On the first occasion, I called them to schedule a time to have them out to inspect my sewage line. No one showed and they didn't call to explain what had happened. I called a few days later to ask why no one showed up. They apologized and scheduled me for another 4-hour window in which someone would come by. I waited at the house for four hours and once again they no showed.
