I called this company last September. The scheduler got me an appointment the same day. The plumber was friendly, professional and got right to work on our clog. Once he cleared our line, he cleaned up and said good bye. In late November, an elderly friend called us with a serious clogged pipe and asked us if we knew a good plumber. Brad was very professional and nice. He did three jobs for me and they look good. Plus any questions I had he answered them with no problems and with detail.
Waste of money, and if you have an issue, don't expect a solution. We contracted them to replace our old lateral line. This much they were able to do. However, everything about it was mishandled. It took two years of us hounding them just to start the project, then when they finally could be bothered to show up, they damaged the street curb, didn't lay crushed stone under the new pipe so it sagged, and whatever they DID tie the pipe into, it wasn't the sewer main, because it started backing up back into our basement. A couple of weeks ago, my turn of the century septic system plugged up. A quick phone call and two days later, here they were with the jet truck and later that day, the pump truck. They got her drained, jetted out and everything looked beautiful !! But.... she wasn't moving. The leach line had no where to drain due to years and years of doing what it does.
