Normally, I don't bother writing review. However, Drain Master professional service has prompt me to express my gratitude to their team support to replace the old clay tile drain sewer pipe. I'm very impressed with their team members are friendly, hard working, and explain clearly with patience on the work. The free cost estimate by Tyler is accurate with no additional hidden cost and the job is completed in timely manner. I would highly recommend Drain Master, they are simply the BEST!
Recently decided to be proactive to get water line done due to so many homes in our areas having burst pipes etc.. and from start to finish, Drainmaster were top notch using the trenchless method. Job well done. And I now have more peace of mind. Highly recommended.
After reading all of these posts one thing seems clear the management is very unprofessional I've been hung up on by the office staff 😳 and hung up on by the owner! Zero communication on when they would return to do cleanup I was told they have alot of customers and will get here when they can , they also tried to put a payment through on my credit card without permission! we had another crew come in after them tp do work and couldn't believe what a mess they left.
