I woke up this morning to a plumbing emergency... waste water was backing up into our basement area. I called three other companies to see when they could be here. They were all sadly unavailable. I called Drain King and the nice lady said "we can squeeze you in today!" About an hour later, I get a call and she says "I have a guy that just finished a job right down the road from you. The Drain King team is great. Our call was answered by Hailey who is on top of it when it came to taking care of us. Tyler was out at our house quickly and the problem was solved and all of the leaks were sealed fast. Great experience start to finish and we couldn’t be happier!
