Used to live chat to talk about the issue and then I spoke to the local plumber on the phone. Came out really quickly, fixed price so I knew what to expect before he arrived, two really polite men who spent a while trying to figure out what the issue was and were not leaving until it was sorted. I really appreciate your help to get the toilet working again. Would recommend.

Called Drain King yesterday (20-01-23) because our drain had been blocked for a few days. My husband had tried everything first off to see if he could clear it. Finally gave in and rang for assistance; he turned up 6 hours after the phone call, it was pitch black outside when he turned up. Stuck one rod down the drain, said that he couldn’t do it and then wanted £100 for his “work”. Said our drain had collapsed.
