Andrew came out and cleared roots from the sewer line to the city pipes he was quick, clean, and very personable. He also cleared an internal drain as well - slightly different problem but just as efficient.
Josh helped me out and gave exceptional customer service to me despite being busy on a separate job after hours. Can't recommend them enough.

Thank you Andrew! I was concerned about intermittent sewer smell in basement bathroom. Andrew checked all potential problem areas and cleaned sink drain, tightened toilet, and explained the routine maintenance I could easily do for tub, sink, and sewer. He explained the sewer routes in my condo complex and gave me great peace of mind that it did not appear to be a sewer issue but advised what to watch for in the area of sewer and if I continued to notice any smell in the bathroom or burping of the toilet then he would remove... read more
