I had a water backup in my basement and Andrew from Drain Hacks came and assessed the problem, roto rooted out the main line to the city line, which smoothed out the old pipe edges that were the problem and flushed it completely with a ton of water and I now have my house back in order and I am so very, very happy with his professionalism and he is a happy, friendly person who let me watch and ask questions and he explained everything as he went along! Josh was amazing. He helped me out so much unclogged the 3 inch strain within minutes. Best drain cleaner in the city no doubt about it.
Andrew was super helpful, and was able to resolve our drainage issue right away. He even told us about potential leakage from the seal ring in the toilet and we were able to replace that as well. I highly recommend Drain Hacks!
