I live on the ground level of Copperwood 3 condominium complex. We have a problem with this provider parking where ever they feel like, even in firelanes and NO PARKING ANYTIME areas. Ther is ample parking in visitors parking but they don't care. They even leave their unit running locked. Our residents hear complain about exhaust fumes regularly Maybe we need to add "Even you stupid". Read the signs and comply or dont come here. This is private property with rules! FANTASTIC company! I'd give Andrew 10 stars out of 5 if I could for his hard work, extra efforts, and tenacity! I own 5 condos in a downtown; early 80's, pre-fab concrete (see: 'brutalist acrhitecture') building with older piping and nigh on constant kitchen sink back ups in the lower floor units. I've had plumbers come by over and over who have simply augered enough to where it seemed water was draining and then depart only for the very same thing to occur just days later.
