Alan and Vic did a great job. We had someone come in from another company before Drain Guard and the technician tried to tell us he was going to have to come back with another order and that were going to need a hydrojet for the job. We decided to look elsewhere and thats when we found Drain Guard. We were able to schedule an appointment the next day. Alan and Vic arrived on time. Do not use this plumber. Rude. Did nothing. Didn’t have the equipment then screwed my claim over with the warranty company. Came with a bunch of fake bullshit. Horrible.

Rude, inexperienced, and improperly denied a claim when they specifically told me on site that the unit needed to be replaced based on one or multiple points of failure. I've used maybe 50 plumbers in the last decade as a property manager and these are easily the worst. Have cost me time and money and I will recover my damages.
