This company was called for emergency leak from my Home warranty company over the water heater. My water heater was just installed a while ago and every pipe was modified to go with the new codes!!! The leak was a needle size leak on a 5 inch copper pipe. They made me wait for 2 hours try to get authorization taking my time from my work!!! Our landlord hired these guys to fix two issues in our unit and I am so grateful that these are the people he hired! They were able to come out next day, we got to text directly with the person coming out and the were in and out of our unit in less than 10 minutes!!!! Problem solved!!! Alan and Vic did a great job. We had someone come in from another company before Drain Guard and the technician tried to tell us he was going to have to come back with another order and that were going to need a hydrojet for the job. We decided to look elsewhere and thats when we found Drain Guard. We were able to schedule an appointment the next day. Alan and Vic arrived on time. Do not use this plumber. Rude. Did nothing. Didn’t have the equipment then screwed my claim over with the warranty company. Came with a bunch of fake bullshit. Horrible.
