Dwayne answered my frantic phone call at 11:00pm. Drain backed up in my 1st floor condo laundry room. Awful! He & his son were on a job downtown in Chicago. They arrived at 11:40pm & worked til about 1:30am to fix the problem. It was a pretty complicated task but they fixed the problem. Dwayne apologized about the midnight fee he had to charge me but in the end the cost was well below what other outfits would have charged. Thank you so much for your help! We had an emergency plumbing issue. Toilet backed up and water from toilet coming up out of the tub. It was a mess. We couldn’t get anyone out to help till we called DRAIN FLOW SEWER AND PLUMBING. Came out for us after hours and got it taken care of. Great job and priced right. Thanks guys!

Dwayne knows drains. Both Dwayne and his son have the knowledge, the right equipment, and the know how. They did a terrific job installing a cleanout in our 6" clay main sewer line. I will have him come out in the future to maintain this main sewer line because of all the roots. His hydro jetting sewer line cleaner is amazing. It completely clears the sewer line of roots. The father and son team of Drain flow took care of a nagging clog in my house's drain line. Most importantly to understand what he was walking into, he listened to my observations and took them into account as to how he and his son should handle the job. Got the line opened and charged less than quoted because they didn't have to use a tool that is usually needed.
