These guys are professionals who genuinely want to help and are great at what they do. We had a cracked boundary trap and adjoining drain causing blockages and spoke to several plumbers. Wow wow, where do I start, after having a conversation with Tim about my sewage problem he got Yarra Valley water to attend and they unblocked the pipe and found an issue in there assest which in turn they fixed.all this happened 6 months after I was told that my assest required a reline and would cost thousands. We recently had to have part of our old terracotta drain internally lined before it totally collapsed. Drain Fixers went out of their way to be helpful. They came and gave us a 2nd quote after another company had identified the problem. Their quote was 40% cheap and they did the job the next day. The job was professional and they provided us with a video of the completed works. The team genuinely seemed to take pride in their work and in helping their customers.
We want to say that we are very happy with the service we got from Drain Fixers & recommend them for all your restoration work. On the day of the repair the 2 fellows who carried out the work were both friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. They were very efficient & did a great job without fuss in a friendly easy going way. It was a great relief to get the restoration work done.
