I just had a sewer relining completed by the Drain Fixers (DF). At the same time, I arranged for my 81-year-old neighbour to also have their sewer relined. Right from the initial phone contact, Tim was terrific to deal with. Tim was happy for me to be the liaison between my neighbour and DF, which worked very well. From my first conversation with Drain Fixers to the completion of works, I found them extremely professional. They explain clearly what they do and most importantly, the repairs to my sewer drain was done impeccably and efficiently! If only there are more companies and people like Drain Fixers these days. Thanks guys and keep up the wonderful, friendly attitude and service.
I had a very poor experience with this company due to substandard workmanship. They had to return multiple times to rectify mistakes. While working on the site, the team broke the cleates on my carport. I oberved them filming the incident on their mobile phones and laughing, which was highly unprofessional. To make matters worse, the company later sent me demanding emails threatening formal debt recovery action claiming that I had not paid them.
