John W came over, did a thorough inspection which revealed we had a broken check valve. He then located it in the backyard, dug a deep hole in 100° weather and pulled out every tool he had to get it flowing. He then gave us advice on how to proceed. Well done John! Thank you
The tech snaked my drain. I was so happy that he unclogged it until I went down the basement and found that he cut a 12 inch hole in my pipe. It leaked all over my basement and onto my electric box!!! I didn’t find out until he was gone. I called the office and asked that they send a plumber. They sent the tech to wet vac my flooded cellar and offered no other help or compensation. Be careful when hiring this company!
They came, identified the problem with our pipes, and fixed it within a day. Great to work with and would highly recommend.
Armando came on time. He was very pleasant even though he had to park quite a way from my house. I was so pleased he was able to unclog a stubborn blockage from my kitchen drain. I highly recommend this company. Armando is the best!
