Drain Doctor were excellent from start to finish. They gave an extensive review of the problem, and made sure I understood the problem and quoted me instantly (at a competitive price). My property has all of the original (very old!) pipework, which they were also knowledgeable about. The work was carried out in a professional but friendly manor, and all waste etc, was cleared. Nightmare scenario. The Thursday evening before potentially the busiest weekend at our water ski club, and the drains have become blocked and are overflowing. We needed a fix, and we needed it quickly. I found Drain Doctor via Google and gave them a call. Rob answered, and I explained the situation. Within an hour he was on site. A quick survey of the situation and he went to work. Updated: Following a call from Drain Doctor, they agreed to come and look at the drainage issue again along with sending a plumber to look at the leaking tap. Both issues are now satisfactorily resolved. Original: Called out to look at an intermittent drain blockage in the kitchen sink and also to repair a leaking tap at the same sink. On booking, I was told this was no problem.
