My first floor toilet was clogged while renters were there and a plumber they called couldn't clear it and said it is in the main. I was referred to this company by a different plumber in Cape May I use. They communicated well and although they were "busy" someone would be able to come out that day. The woman told me all she needed was a credit card and the cost would be anywhere from $425 - $525 based on what the technician does. I was driving so I had to call her back with that information. Issues with back up at sewer clean out. Called Drain Doctor on Monday. Sara was pleasant and professional and Anthony came out the next day. Anthony is knowledgeable and experienced and was able to rectify the issue through perseverance and original thinking. Highly recommend their services . Have used Drain Doctor in the past and will certainly call them again if the need arises.
