I had a toilet blockage which another plumber could not resolve and suggested I call Drain Doctor. I did, and the office manager was extremely accommodating and within a couple of hours they were at my condo and actually solved the problem right there. They were very reasonable in cost and I would highly recommend Drain Doctor. Thank you!

Never returned my call
This was the 2nd time in a month that the sewer pipe backed up. This time Drain Doctor came out. Their response time was within a few hours of calling, which at this time of year on the island is amazing. Caleb was so professional. He took time to explain everything that was happening, and how to prevent the sewer from backing up again. He did a video of the pipe at my request. Even though he had more calls he still took the time to explain what was happening in there. I highly recommend this company.
